What will you be working on at Basic Pharma?

• You will become part of a small but ambitious and enthusiastic team, with a strong focus on GMP production of investigational medicinal products. We produce various types of products, such as injections, creams, capsules, and hydrogels; all for the clinical market:
• As a Clinical Trial Officer at Basic Pharma, you will work in an engaging and versatile role. You will be internally trained to become a fully qualified pharmaceutical compounder and will be given ample opportunity to develop your skills! You will:
• Prepare and mix pharmaceutical products and medicines
• Ensure the preparation of production processes and carry out the required checks
• Perform line clearance for machines and ensure flawless production documentation
• Train colleagues and advise on improvements in production processes
• Ensure the cleaning of equipment and rooms and transfer the bulk product to the filling team

What do you bring as a Clinical Trial Officer?

• At Basic Pharma, we find it important that you are accurate and flexible, and that you can work well in a team. Do you already have experience in the pharmaceutical industry? Great! But even if you do not yet have much experience, we offer you an extensive internal training program. What we further expect from you:
• Preferably you have at least 0–2 years of experience with (industrial) pharmaceutical production, but experience in a compounding pharmacy is also a plus
• You have strong communication skills, work accurately, and think in solutions
• You have basic knowledge of the English language and are familiar with GMP guidelines or are willing to learn them
• You enjoy working together and sharing your knowledge with colleagues
• You are willing to work at least 32 to 40 hours per week.
