We are looking for a Teamlead Production IMP to join our team. 

The department is responsible for the manufacturing, testing and distribution of investigational medicinal products (IMPs). 

As Teamleader Production IMP, you will be responsible for the GMP manufacturing of (sterile) products used in clinical trials. 

Your tasks will be:

• Supervision, motivation and training of (new) IMP operators
• Provide production planning for and communicate this with relevant departments (QC/QA/Logistics and Purchase)
• Ensure manufacturing activities are performed in according with GMP/quality level within the IMP department
• You will be responsible for the stock levels of the department
• Review and approve GMP documentation
• Support the QA team during audits from authorities or clients
• Improve cooperation and communication between departments
• Actively involved in continues improvement within the IMP department, and improve efficiency of current processes
• Clear communication with Project Managers in terms of planning and risk mitigations
• Conduct assessments and performance interviews with IMP operators
• Set personal and department goals for IMP operators and him/herself
• You will assist the IMP operators in GMP manufacturing activities, if needed

What we are looking for:

• You have HBO/WO working and thinking level
• Understanding of GMP principles and the importance of working according to procedures
• You have experience with working in a cleanroom, and aseptic processes
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing
• 1-3 years of team leadership experience
• You are independent, accurate and result-oriented
• You have knowledge of MS Office; experience with an ERP system is a pre.
