We are looking for an Operator Sterile Filling Line to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring a sterile filling process for medicinal products in a highly controlled GMP cleanroom environment.

The position is performed in a GMP cleanroom environment and operates in a two-shift schedule. You will work closely with a small team of operators and engineers to ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient manufacture of sterile pharmaceutical products. Accuracy, discipline, and strict adherence to procedures are essential to ensure compliance with GMP standards and patient safety.

Tasks:

• Operate and monitor sterile filling equipment, including an isolator in a Grade A environment according to approved procedures.
• Perform the aseptic filling of syringes and vials according to approved procedures and production schedules.
• Perform process controls during production
• Execute cleaning, disinfection and environmental monitoring activities in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Carry out sterilization activities and support the preparation of equipment and materials for production.
• Accurately record production data, process parameters, and batch documentation.
• Review documentation for completeness and compliance with GMP standards.
• Identify and report deviations, abnormalities, or technical issues.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and other production team members to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, safety, and efficiency.
• Assist with trainings of procedures in the department.

What we are looking for:

• Understanding of GMP principles and the importance of working according to procedures.
• Disciplined approach to documentation and record keeping.
• Ability to work accurately in a sterile cleanroom environment. Willingness to follow strict hygiene, gowning, and aseptic working practices.
• Basic knowledge of production machines and PCs
• Good command of Dutch or English, both written and spoken.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or other regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Education level at least VMBO/LBO or equivalent
