We are looking for a 

QC Team Leader Pharmaceutical Analysis

You will:

• Coaching and developing your team and individual members.
• Facilitating a culture of open communication and accountability.
• Delegating and overseeing tasks within the team according to the agreed schedule with stakeholders.
• Optimally facilitating and organizing the team within the GcLP-certified laboratory.
• Planning and organizing analytical tests on finished products for release and stability testing
• Planning and organizing outsourced analytical tests on finished products for release and stability testing
• Reviewing and reporting data through certificates of analysis for products analyzed by Basic Pharma Laboratory or contract laboratories, ensuring compliance with applicable SOPs, and submitting them for QP approval.
• Drafting, reviewing, and approving specifications, sampling instructions, test methods, validations, and method transfers.
• Creating, reviewing, and updating laboratory procedures and other documents.
• Developing and maintaining training programs for all team members.
• Delivering high-quality investigations into incidents, deviations, and out-of-specification or out-of-trend results.
• Producing high-quality documentation for deviations, CAPAs, and changes.
• Leading and completing improvement projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate maintenance and calibration of equipment, as well as its proper use.
• Contributing to stability studies, customer interactions, and method validation or transfer.
• Assisting with cost price calculations.
• Conducting HR discussions with team members.
• Supporting and advising on the recruitment and selection of laboratory personnel.
• Ensuring the quality of the team’s work processes and output for Bulk and finished product
• Managing the planning of team activities.
• Overseeing the reporting of team activities.
• Ensuring appropriate team staffing levels.
• Delegating tasks within the team.
• Guarantee workplace safety and ensure the team works safely.
• Acting as the team’s representative in communications, including during audits.
• Collaboration with QC Specialist for improvements and assistance in investigations
• Advising the QC Manager on changing capacity and facility needs.

Capabilities:

• Managing and supervising team members.
• Assigning priorities when scheduling tasks based on stakeholder input.
• Good prioritization of tasks and capability to work under pressure
• Approving leave requests for team members.
• Making purchases up to an amount of €1000.
• At least an HLO degree in Analytical Chemistry or a comparable field
