Within Basic Pharma, the activities of production, quality control, quality assurance,and product development are brought together.  Basic Pharma is located on the Brightlands Chemelot Campus in Geleen and has undergone strong development and growth in recent years. Currently there are approximately 220 employees.

We are looking for a
Validation Officer

What will you be working on at Basic Pharma?

  • You will ensure efficient organization and continuity of validation and qualification activities of equipment, information systems, (cleaning) processes, facilities and utilities;
  • You prepare validation protocols and reports;
  • You review calibration reports;
  • Your responsibilities include revalidating equipment, facilities, processes and information systems which is highly desired but not essential;
  • You act as SME during audits.

What do you bring as a Validation officer? 

  • You have at least 1-3 years of experience with and knowledge of validation systems, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry substitution with experience from QC or production environments is possible;
  • You have HBO working and thinking level;
  • You have knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, especially GxP;
  • You have knowledge of Word and Excel;
  • You are independent, accurate and result-oriented;
  • You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
